How to use:

Add 20-35 drops to diffuser or dilute 10 drops in a warm bath with 1 cup bath salts. Mix with a carrier oil like grapeseed oil, to apply topically to skin - rub on chest, feet and/or temples to enjoy the effects of this blend.
