Three Rosemary Oil Treatment Recipes for Natural Hair

Three Rosemary Oil Treatment Recipes for Natural Hair

Natural hair care mavens love nothing more than a natural, homemade solution that will improve the overall health of their curls, kinks, and coils. Hot oil treatments using essential oils like rosemary oil are an excellent alternative to having to settle for chemical-ridden hair products on the market.

Here are three natural rosemary oil treatment recipes to try.

Argan, Grapeseed, and Rosemary Essential Hot Oil Treatment

The combination of argan, grapeseed and rosemary oil improves blood flow to your scalp and revives dying hair follicles. It restores elasticity to your hair which is vital to prevent further breakage.

Combine three teaspoons of argan oil and two teaspoons of grapeseed oil and warm it for two to three minutes. Be careful not to burn your scalp. Add five drops of rosemary oil to this solution. Gently massage your hot oil mix on your scalp and roots down to the tips. Leave the treatment in place for one hour before rinsing and shampooing hair.

Bhringraj and Rosemary Essential Oil Treatment

If the appearance of premature gray hairs is making you nervous, take advantage of a good bhringraj and rosemary oiling treatment. Rosemary oil slows the spread of gray hair. It moisturizes the scalp and helps to stop flaking and dandruff.

Bhringraj oil reduces hair fall problems while boosting hair growth.  Combine three teaspoons of bhringraj oil and two teaspoons of two teaspoons of rosemary oil and apply the solution to your hair. Leave it in place for thirty minutes to an hour then rinse.

Jojoba and Rosemary Oil Treatment

Finally, this recipe is a simple approach to creating an oil treatment for hair. Add 25 drops of rosemary essential oil to one ounce of jojoba oil in a jar. Shake the solution to mix the oils.

Apply two teaspoons of this mixture to your hair, massaging the scalp first then coating your hair down to the tips. Cover your hair with a towel and plastic bag to create natural heat. Leave in place for one hour.
